If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding the original shipping and handling fees plus a 20% restocking fee. Free promotional items may be returned at the same time if unused and in original condition for a return value of dealer cost of the item. If you choose to keep the promotional items your return value will reflect the retail value of the item. Items must be returned unused and resalable as a new product.
The original purchaser must call us for a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Products are returned directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will make a determination if the product(s) are resalable as new. Once we are notified that the items are OK we will begin the refund process.
Re-pack the product in its original packaging and box if possible.
Make sure to include all pieces of the product including label tags and packing protection. Include a copy of your sales receipt and
the reason for the return. Please tape the box closed with shipping tape.
For your protection we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost return shipments. Address your return package to the address provided when you received your Return Authorization.
Refunds are issued via our ecommerce merchant services provider. Once a refund is issued from SL Websales, Inc your refund must go through the merchant service providers refund procedures. These procedures are outside our abilities to expedite and may take 24 to 72 hours before you see the refund on you account.
Items should be inspected carefully for potential damage during transit. SL Websales, Inc. is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping.
It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product.
If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1.855.551.4660(leave a detailed message). We will instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

** Refusing product by the customer for any reason does not recuse the customer of re-deliver or return shipping costs. **
General Return Information:
We do not accept returns for custom made products, sale, clearance, closeout, special order items such as imported bits.
We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges.
Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear. If an item is returned that is not resalable as new or past the 30 day limit, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Orders may be cancelled up until the time of shipping without any charges to the customer except for custom items. Once an order has been shipped items must be returned according to this Return Policy.
All out of stock items are placed on Back order. Back ordered items may be cancelled up until the time of shipping except for custom items.
Restocking fee is 20%.
Product variances and Color Options on website: Color variations on nylon and leather products change with different dye lots, and colors in pictures differ on different computer monitors. If you need an exact color match for existing products you own, or are extremely specific about colors, then we suggest going to your local tack store to purchase your tack.
Manufacturer's also make slight changes in products from time to time to enhance performance and safety; therefore, actual products may vary from our website product photos. We do our best to stay up to date but variations may occur. Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days but original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
