SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. S.L.Websales, Inc works directly with the Abetta manufacturer to drop ship products directly from Abetta warehouses. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your items to be shipped. If any of the items you order are in the process of being manufactured we will let you know of the additional processing time required.

2. Shipments may come via Standard UPS Ground(Signature Required) or USPS Ground.

3. We can provide tracking information as soon as it is available upon request.

4. "Free Shipping" promotion disclaimer within the continental USA. Shipping cost are included in our prices; therefore, you are not charged any additional shipping charges at checkout. When items are returned the actual shipping charges are not refunded unless SL Websales, Inc shipped incorrect items or other similar mistake is made.

5. Please examine your products upon delivery, ensure no damage, missing components, wrong product colors, etc. Contact us immediately of any problems, leave your Full Name and Contact details along with a detail explanation of the problems identified. S.L.Websales, Inc will take care of defective products or products damaged during shipping.

6. S.L.Websales, Inc is not responsible for shipping delays once the products are in the hands of the carrier.

7. International Customers:

  1. Please shop and place your orders as desired. Our site will attempt to apply shipping charges to your specific country; however, we will manually review your order and determine if the products you have selected are available to be shipped to your country and if the shipping estimate will cover the actual shipping cost. We will contact you via email with questions or concerns. We appreciate your business and patience while we work toward satisfying your order.
  2. All customs and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country, carrier, or government are your responsibility.
